Recently, the High Tech Department of the Ministry of science and technology, together with the foundation department, held the acceptance meeting of the national explosion-proof motor engineering technology research center in Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province. The acceptance expert group listened to the report on the construction of the engineering center, reviewed the acceptance materials, and inspected the pilot scale and Industrialization Bases and laboratories. After inquiry and discussion, the engineering center passed the acceptance.

Based on Jiamusi Electric Machinery Co., Ltd. and Jiamusi Explosion-proof Motor Research Institute, the national explosion-proof motor engineering technology research center was approved by the Ministry of science and technology in 2011. After four years of establishment, the center has carried out work in the construction of Explosion-proof Motor Research and development test platform, key technology research and development of key products of explosion-proof motor. The engineering center has built a new research and development building, five explosion-proof motor research and development test platforms and a pilot production line for high-voltage motor coil manufacturing; it has broken through the technology of thin insulation of high-voltage explosion-proof motor, developed new products with international advanced level such as IE4 standard, high-efficiency explosion-proof motor, and popularized and applied the achievements to realize the transformation of achievements, formulated a number of relevant national and industrial standards, and formed a professional The reasonable R & D team has played a positive role in promoting the technical progress in the field of explosion-proof motor in China.

How to wire the explosion-proof motor

The inlet of the explosion-proof motor junction box is sealed by pressing the rubber ring. The weakness of this structure is the aging of the rubber ring and the elastic failure, which makes the cooperation between the cable and the rubber ring inconsistent. For the junction box of the double outlet of the explosion-proof motor, the unnecessary outlet should be blocked with a metal sealing piece of thickness not less than 2mm. The outer diameter of the metal sealing piece should be close to the inner diameter of the outlet hole of the inlet and outlet device, so as to ensure that the sealing ring is evenly pressed by the pressure plate or the pressing nut to achieve a reliable seal.

Explosion - proof motor lifting and storage

All EXPLOSION-PROOF MOTORS NEED TO BE LIFTED WITH DERRICK OR HOLE, NOT allowed TO BE lifted or supported at the core punching plate or coil, when the whole EXPLOSION-proof motor is lifted, sling should be used to make weight distribution uniform, and brace should be used to avoid deformation of the roof. Careless handling during installation and incorrect use of derrick and hook are likely to cause more damage to explosion-proof motor than years of operation. Care should be taken not to damage the windings when handling the motor.
