Dear customer, you are welcome to use our motor. Please contact after-sales service department if there is a quality problem with the motor, the service process of our company is as follows:
1. The customer shall provide our company with the model and specification of the motor, the factory date, the factory number, the fault situation of the motor, the factory name, address and contact information of your company. Please send these information to our company by telephone fax, SMS and e-mail.
2. The after-sales service department of our company received the motor information provided by the customer, immediately carried out a preliminary cause analysis, and responded within four hours.
3. If on-site service is needed, our company will send service personnel within 48 hours. After the service personnel arrive at the site, they will immediately carry out the operation of restoring motor. If the quality problem of the motor is not solved, the service personnel shall not evacuate the site. If the on-site quality problem cannot be solved, the motors that need to be returned to our company for repair shall be negotiated by both parties to ensure timely repair. At the end of the on-site service, our company's service personnel should fill in the "quality information feedback processing form", briefly describe the cause of motor damage and treatment, ask customer to confirm and sign on it before they leave the site.
4. After the service is over, our company's after-sales service department will file and pay a return visit to the service.
