1. The explosion-proof motor shall not be disassembled at will; the explosion-proof surface of the parts shall not be used as the fulcrum of the crowbar, and the explosion-proof surface shall not be knocked or impacted.
2. When removing the motor, the wind shield and fan shall be removed first, and then the bolts of the end cover and bearing cover shall be removed by the sleeve spanner. Then, the shaft extension shall be impacted by a log or copper rod along the axial direction to separate the end cover from the base, and finally the rotor shall be removed. Remove the parts, the explosion-proof side should be placed upward, and cover with rubber or cloth gasket, and pay attention not to lose the bolts and spring pads.
3. When dipping and assembling, the insulating paint or dirt attached to the explosion-proof surface shall be cleaned, and hard objects such as iron sheet shall not be used to scratch, but the uneven place can be ground with oilstone.
4. If the explosion-proof surface is damaged, lead tin solder hisnpb58-2, 30% hydrochloric acid (for steel parts) or tin zinc solder with 58 ~ 60% tin content must be used. The welding flux is ammonium chloride 30%, zinc chloride 70%, and water 100 ~ 150% mixed solution (for iron castings). The bonding between the solder and the parts should be firm, and the convex part should be ground smooth to reach the specified finish.
5. In order to prevent rust on the explosion-proof surface, oil or 204-1 replacement type rust proof oil should be applied on the explosion-proof surface.
