The motors are matched with frequency conversion devices and are characterized with sound speed regulation performance, energy saving, large temperature rise margin, long life, good performance, low noise, advanced explosion-proof structure, high reliability, convenient use and maintenance etc. In addition, its speed is adjustable by changing the frequency and has wide speed regulation range. Under the condition of open-loop U/f control, it can realize 5~50Hz constant torque speed regulation and 50~100Hz constant power speed regulation. Under the condition of vector control, the speed regulation range can be expanded, and the overload capacity is strong. What’s more, it can withstand the 160% overload of rated torque for 1min. YBBP frequency conversion speed regulation three-phase asynchronous motor is widely used in light industry, textile, chemical industry, petroleum, metallurgy, machine tool, water pump and other industries. An independent cooling fan is equipped in the electrical rear of YBBP series motors. The installation size of YBBP series flameproof variable frequency speed three-phase asynchronous motors is the same as that of YB2 series motors. This series of motors comply with the national standards GB3836.1 "Explosive Environment Part 1: General Requirements for Equipment" and GB3836.2 "Explosive Environment Part 2: Equipment Protected by Flameproof Shell" d. The power grade and installation dimensions of this series of motors conform to the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standards.

This series of motors comply with the provisions of the national standard GB12476.1 "Electrical Equipment for Combustible Dust Environment Part 1: General Requirements" and the GB12476.5-2013 "Electrical Equipment for Combustible Dust Environment Part 5: Shell Protection Type" tD. The efficiency index of this series of motors conforms to the motor energy efficiency level 3 described in GB18613-2012 Minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for small and medium three-phase asynchronous motors. Its power grade and installation size conform to IEC standards and are the same as YB2 series motors. The explosion-proof performance of this series of motors meets the requirements of the GB3836.1-2010's Explosive Environment Part 1: General Requirements and the GB3836.2-2010's Explosive Environment Part 2: Equipment Protected by Explosion-proof Enclosure D. The explosion-proof Exd Ⅰ Mb, Exd Ⅱ AT4 Gb, Exd Ⅱ BT4 Gb, Exd Ⅱ CT4 Gb products are suitable for dangerous places in explosive gas environment with ⅡA, ⅡB, ⅡC and temperature groups of T1 ~ T4 respectively in underground coal mines (non-mining faces) and factories. On the basis of YB3 motor, it can also be made into YB3-W outdoor model, YB3-TH indoor humid model, YB3-WTH outdoor humid model, YB3-WT outdoor tropical model and YB3-WF1 outdoor model, which are suitable for using in the medium anti-corrosion climate environment.
