
Three-phase asynchronous explosion-proof motor for oil pump
Oil pump motor (frame No. (80-355)) is an improved specific motor for driving the oil pump. The oil pump motor includes a motor body, a front end cover and an output transmission shaft. A stepped hole is opened on the front end cover. The output transmission shaft is retracted into the front end cover. It is a hollow shaft with internal spline teeth. The input drive shaft between the shaft and oil pump is matched in the form of splines. The connection between the pump and the motor does not use the traditional coupling and bracket method, but directly inserts the pump shaft into the motor shaft hole, thus having the following advantages: 1. Because the shaft hole and flange stop of the motor are processed with high precision, the concentricity of the two can be ensured after assembly, which better solves the noise and vibration caused by the disconcentricity of the pump and the motor. 2. Simple installation, compact structure and small space occupation. 3. The rotating part is not exposed, thus it is safe and reliable. The explosion-proof performance of this series of motors meets the requirements of the GB3836.1-2010's Explosive Environment Part 1: General Requirements and the GB3836.2-2010's Explosive Environment Part 2: Equipment Protected by Flameproof Enclosure D.
